I have an old water boiler heating my home, and every other company I called insisted on installing a new system. Some of these solutions were priced upwards of $15,000, or were contract based with a monthly fee of close to $200 on a 10+ year term. Sonny (the owner) came by and immediately recognized that the water pump was broken, and had Silvio (his employee) fix it the next day. Silvio also identified which parts to replace in the future, should any others break down. I can't recommend Sonny's company enough, and will be referring him in the future.
We have always used City Air Toronto Heating & Air Conditioning for our 100 year old building furnace which they continue to have running. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and can repair and troubleshoot the problem quickly-- Sylvio repaired our furnace and it works like brand new.
Incredible service maintenance! Was on time, very quick and helpful. He did a perfect job replacing our furnace motor. Didn’t leave any mess. 5 stars!
