I have an old water boiler heating my home, and every other company I called insisted on installing a new system. Some of these solutions were priced upwards of $15,000, or were contract based with a monthly fee of close to $200 on a 10+ year term. Sonny (the owner) came by and immediately recognized that the water pump was broken, and had Silvio (his employee) fix it the next day.
